What personal data we process

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message. If you call or email us, we process the information you share. Cloudflare may also process your IP address and browser data to deliver the site and protect the form from abuse.

We use no analytics and no marketing tracking on this site.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data from the contact form only to answer your enquiry. The legal bases are GDPR art. 6(1)(b) – steps taken before a possible contract – and art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Suppliers and recipients

These suppliers process or receive data when you use the site or contact us:

• Mikalsen Utvikling – runs the form service that receives and forwards your message.
• Cloudflare – delivers the site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides the Turnstile spam protection on the contact form.
• Resend – sends the form message as an email from the form service.
• Loopia – provides the mailbox that receives the enquiry.

We do not sell personal data. We may also share data when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies for analytics or marketing. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a browser check to stop spam. It may use technical cookies during this check.

This site currently uses no cookies for tracking or marketing that would require consent, and therefore has no active consent tool. If we later adopt tools that require consent, we will enable one and update this policy. Until then, you can control cookies directly in your browser.

Retention

We keep enquiries while we follow them up. We may keep information for longer when we need records or must comply with the law. You can ask us to assess the deletion of information about you.

Your rights

Under GDPR art. 15–21 you have, among other things, the right to:

• access the data we process about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have data erased (the “right to be forgotten”)
• request restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to the processing
